Southern Motion Furniture - Fell apart in less than 1 year
I purchased a Southern Motion recliner in September 2016. The left arm separated from the body of the recliner in June 2017.
The recliner is less than one year old and has had very little use. The dealer I purchased the recliner from has gone out of business. I can't find an authorized dealer within 500 miles of me. I called Southern Motion repeated times, always have to leave a message and no one every returns my call.
This should have been an easy call back, all I really wanted to know was where I could have my recliner repaired. I paid $600 for a piece of junk recliner that supposedly had a great warranty. So aggravated! Will NEVER buy anything Southern Motion again.
Junky furniture and no customer service! Buyer beware.
