Southern Motion Furniture - Frustraited
As of yet I have heard from know one from the company and the distributor went out of buisness .
I purchase a southern Motion Leather sectional From a local store and spent a lot of cash this day in this store on this product. the store came out and did one repair and the local store is out of business.
I called there other store to talk with someone about my issue as the material is peeling and flaking off the set. no one seems to want to help. the sofas are not that old and my last set lasted over 16 years this one has not even got me six. it is frustrating to think i have bought a good quality piece of furniture to see it fall apart.
the frame is in excellent condition still. know i have to see about re upholstering the sofas and its probably as much as starting over with new.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $3000.
Preferred solution: to fix the upholstery peeling/quality. .
Location: Ogden, Utah

Another victim of bonded leather. It's not leather.
A mixture of chemicals and about 17% ground up leather material that is painted onto a cloth backing. Over time the two materials begin to separate. Bonded leather has this problem regardless of furniture company.
Research the big name companies and you'll see similar complaints. Get top grain leather or fabric- avoid this junk.
