Purchased dual recliner and sofa about three years ago. The fabric is now peeling. Very disappointed in product and service.

The manufacturer (Southern Motion) refers customer complaints to the furniture store. The furniture store refuses to to do anything about the defective furniture and suggests the customer contact the manufacturer directly. Overall, I feel cheated.
