I purchased 2 southern motion recliners. One of the arms on one was bent out.

The seat on the other one was 2" lower than it should be.

And it made a lot of annoying noises when getting up or moving in chair. The company did replace them, since they were quite new.

.Out of the next 2 , one is good. The other one makes noises, also, when getting up from chair and moving in it. Hard to explain, but it's not right.

The seats do not hold their shape. They sag after only a year.

The wiring to the motor went out after 3-4 years, and no warranty would cover it. The repair cost would exceed half of the original price.

Very disappointed in this company. Stick with La-Z-Boy!

Bought 2 recliners. The one had the arm not on right.

Second one was a total disaster. Made a horrible noise when getting up or rocking.. And the height of seating part was 2" shorter than it should have been. Company did replace both of them.

But the seating part on new ones has gotten soft & not as supportive.

I do not recommend these recliners. Poor quality for the price.

Springs broke. Wood in the Frame broke.

Fabric wore out quickly. Stitching of clothe fabric came loose.

1174. Worth of junk in year and half power stopped working nothing but junk should have went to discount store bought cheap recliner then I know why it stopped working in a short amount of time bought this at westeriche in Delphos ohio will never purchase from them again

Not a comfortable chair; leather is stapled in the back. There is no support in the calf area of the leg.

I bought two of the same and the structure and support are different in each chair. Missing stuffing and has wrinkles in the appearance of the leather. This is a terrible product for the amount of the purchase.

The chair tips over as well if you try to get off while reclined. NEVER AGAIN.

Last year, I bought 2 Southern Comfort sofas (one for my mother-in-law) and not even a year later, the color is coming off both sofas. I have purchased leather furniture in the past that has lasted 15+ years, so it is not normal for the color to come off less than a year later. Both the furniture store where I bought the sofa - Gardner-White in MI - and the manufacturer have washed their hands of any responsibility, especially since they have both been paid.

The chair snaps crackle and pops and creeks and snaps the whole cushion is all completely shot both arms are falling off the chair and they tell me that I need to learn how to sit in the chair stay away

I've had their recliner for 6 years. 5 broken springs.

I've fixed two of them, the other 3 are inaccessible to me. DO NOT BUY!!!

One recliner is power foot and head the other is foot, head, heat, massage and lumbar both units the power supply has gone out multiple times and fabric bunches up where you sit never buy again.

My recliner motor lasted less than a year . There is no warranty would never purchase anything else manufactured by this company

Spring holders on coach broke. The wood frame broke.

Couch cushions sink in after only 2 years of use. The fabric comes loose. Lower back cushions lose support as well over a few years.

Paid over 1500 on set ( good deal we thought) but not made to last at all. Chair recliner sags to one side because of poor design and cheap parts.
