Purchased a double recliner sofa and recliner from Furniture 4 Less in Indianapolis, Indiana in March. We waited 8 weeks for the delivery.

Once delivered it was the wrong fabric so was reordered. We finally received in July. Then October the seams started coming apart. There are small holes in the fabric as if the fabric is no good.

We have been waiting since the end of October for an answer on what they are going to do.

We spent over $2000 on this furniture and i am very disgusted, and upset that we are still waiting on answers. Here are some of the photos.

Southern motion has went down hill fast as it gets bigger. Employees used to be called family now we are just a id number.

It's about quantity not quality now. They treat Hispanics like *** but yet they hire them knowing they are illegally here. After the "Day without Hispanics" they had a meeting with employees to praise white employees in front of Hispanics that took off. I guess to down grade them.

That's not how a company should treat employees of any race! It was done by top management officials.
