Purchased two reclining chairs on 8 /19/16 (made in USA) so I thought I was doing the right thing. (Wrong) also purchased the ultra shield 5 yr fabric protection plan.
Chairs delivered on 10/10/16. Called a few days later about them not being right. 10/20/16 repair man came and had to order parts. While waiting on parts for one chair, had to call on the other chair, they ordered parts for it.
So to make even a longer story shot, they were finely repaired right before Christmas. On 1/12/17 I had to call for the repairman to come again he is coming on 1/19/17!!!
Yet again for board hitting me in the back, seat has a big wrinkle in it and my elbows go down to the wood base on the arms. Going to see if the Attorney General can do for me.
