I just received a call from Southern Motion, there is absolutely nothing they can do if the parts to repair are no longer available, she said being that old (3 1/2 years I have had), so much for quality made, should of bought the cheaper set!! That's that.....

I purchased Southern Motion leather sofa and loveseat from Art Van 3 1/2 years ago, the total purchase amount about $3000 dollars with warranty (supposed to be soo important), leather protection, I received my box to clean leather to maintain it. I did everything I could to make sure I took care of it properly, well on my couch I have cracking in between the seating, the front sides wood piece broke.

Warranty came out and said they would replace the 3 cushions, but couldn't do anything about the broken wood (so I guess we should never move our furniture because it will break). I really like this set and I really take care of it and that was ***. I received a call from warranty, Southern Motion no longer carry the pieces to replace, so they offer me $1,835 dollars to replace sofa and loveseat, I have to return my furniture. I like my furniture, I just want a replacement, went to look at something close, I will have to come up with $800 cash or $1000 credit besides the money they are giving me, what ***!

I am so upset with Southern Motion I would not recommend them to anyone. I have 1 yr and a half left on my warranty and can't even get parts for my furniture just to get repaired!!

Reason of review: I cannot replace this furniture with something comparible with the money offered.

Monetary Loss: $2981.

Preferred solution: The same furniture or just as comparible, I went to the store and $1836 dollars isn't enough and I don't have 800-1000 extra dollars, I have taken very good care of my furniture and the thought of downgrading really makes me angry!.

I liked: I really like my furniture.
