We bought 2 recliners and even customer ordered the fabric for them and paid over 1 grand for each rocker recliner..One reclliner rocker was defective they broke down easily after less than 4 months WE had insurance on the furniture..Well they both need replaced as they were broken down and we were told They no longer make these recliner type's And also the fabric was discontinued !!! Really ??? Not Happy and will be making a consumers report on this..we bought these at feldkamps furniture in salina kansas and now at the mercy of finding chairs to replace these When we should not have to be finding new chairs nor new fabric WILL never do business with this company again and we are so Thankful to our news station Kake on your side who is going to interview us and tell our story on the news.

I didn't like: Having to repair furniture in less than a year, Fact that they cannot be replaced.

I don't believe this report Felkamps is a great store

I believe it. The same thing happened to us with our Southern Motion chair.

The extended warranty is worthless.

We bought our chair at another store, which also has a good reputation. We are writing this store today to tell them about our experience with this inferior product and worthless warranty.
